Please fill out and return the questionnaire to me within 72 hours of purchase. Once sent, please allow 72 hours for me to create your personalized plans and send them to you. Once you receive your custom plans, I will send you weekly check ins via email every Sunday to answer any questions or concerns, and continue giving you motivation and guidance to make sure you are moving towards your goal!
